it's not stealing, it's collectivism in action

Hi there, So, I went out with Bobby and John to Durham yesterday. It started off fun. We ate in the Waterhouse (is that what it's called? I'm not sure), then we wandered around the city centre for a while. After that we went to the Swan and sat on the grass outside. John got some beer in a really cool glass and decided he wanted it. So we decided to liberate it, hence the title of the blog, it's not stealing it's collectivism in action; which is my excuse for letting him take it. Then we went to the Angel. I like the Angel, althought the toilets leave a lot to be desired. They were disgusting. Also, John phoned Karl to ask him what the score was in the cup final. Only Karl didn't even know it was cup final day. Hell, even I knew and I'm a girl. So, John got really drunk. Bobby asked if he would get back to Wheatley Hill before throwing up and I said he probably wouldn't get to Gilesgate Bank. In his credit, he did get that far but then he puked up all over the bus at Dragonville so we had to get off. And did anyone on the bus help us? No. At least the woman at the bus stop was nicer and she talked to us until my dad came to pick us up. So that was my day. Not what I planned. What I planned to do was watch Doctor Who and revise. Speaking of which; I really should do some revision. The exam is in twelve days. TTFN Jennifer -x-

I'm not a bitter old woman.. I just sound like one sometimes

So the weather has finally decided to resemble spring. Yesterday it was hot enough for people to venture outside without jackets. The spring finally coming also means that its hippie season. I sat home last night, watching tv (alrigt I was watching Firefly.. again) and suddenly one of the worst sounds that I know thunders through the walls. African drums and didjeridoo.. played badly I might add. Whats wrong with a guitar...? If you're a mediocre musician a guitar should be more than enough to express your feelings. And it wouldnt disturb the neighbours nearly as much. But a guitar probably isn't alternative enough for these people.. No we have to sit outside by a fire and play some form of tribal instruments from far far away...badly. I'll tell you something you gorram hippies.. I have more alternativeness in my little finger than all of you put together. If it's so frakking nessesary to find some kind of roots (exactly whos doesn't matter apparently) and come in closer contact with nature or whatever... Move out of the city!! Play your instruments outside your own little tent resembeling a tipi!! Shoo..!! As I said Im not a mad bitter angry old lady.. I just sounds like one sometimes.. more often during hippie season. If you consider yourself a hippie please dont be offended (unless you've played native outside my house).
