You know these days I have been relating to our beloved crew a lot lately. I am still in job search mode and though I have had a lot of interviews no one wants me back. It is getting a little discouraging you know. But I just keep thinking of Mal and the crew going from job to job, trying to find a new one to keep Serenity togther and keep flying into the Black. So I will take heart and not give up after all I am still Flyin and though it may not seem like much its enough. On a brighter note I have been watching an episode a night to try to make it last longer and I am happy to say my Firefly withdrawls have come to an end. So heres to all of my fellow browncoats who wear that dusty brown coat with pride and long to sail the stars in a Firefly.

Every year at least 18 transgendered individuals around the world are brutally murdered for just being who they are. I myself am gay, and while i am not personally transgendered, i know a few and the thought of anyone hating so much hurts. No one deserve that hatred, not me, not my cousin, no one. This is for the fallen, and for those who are still there to mourn. May we all be able to stand up and say no more, thats enough, we are all human beings and no matter what we are we deserve to be who we are and to leave as much as anyone else out there does.
