Prevents me from being able to spend time making another comic. So yes, unfortunately it is finals week for me so that means no new SP comics until the 28th at the earliest. There is some good news and no it’s not about my car insurance. During my week off the Xbox 360 comes out (:blast:SW33T!). Why does my blog hate me? It takes me hours to post one freaking post. Yay me! I need help. No not that kind of help. (I am so beyond that kind of help.)I know lots of you people use blogspot too so here's my dumb question. What I'd really like to know is how do you all post links to other blogs and sites? And just so this isn't completely off topic. What do you think our BDM's would write if they had their own blogs? No more trying to think before 5 a.m.

I don't know about anybody else but I have this HUGE problem trying to get the voices right in my fan-fiction. I mean I [i]want[i] to write something [i]so[i] bad, I have heaps ideas I think would work but I just can't get the voices to sound like they would on the show. Especially Wash and Jayne. I can't write snappy one-liners dripping in sarcasm for Wash. When I write Jayne I just make him sound so damn smart, even though as hot as he is he just isn't blessed with a tonne of brains and this all means that I am so frustrated right now. :banghead: If someone wants to take my ideas and run with them that is totally fine with me I just can't make them flow. P.S. To everyone going to Serenity2 have fun- I am SO Jealous

Which ever deity is in charge of Burlington's weather is on crack. Seriously. CRACK. Yesterday it was, like, 35 degrees and I shivered the whole way to class. Today it's about 65 degrees and I was too warm wearing my sweatshirt. Tomorrow it's supposed to snow. There's a saying in Vermont, "If you don't like the weather, wait 5 minutes." Crazy, yet true. And I'm all sad today because DC++ was killed by the RIAA so I can't download anime! Yeah, there's bit torrent, but that takes like half my life to get one episode. I'm going through withdrawal here. :banghead: There's a new episode of Bleach out and I don't have it yet! *cries* Oh well. There's always Firefly (which I own now, yay!)

Lent a copy of Firefly to a friend, and after continuously asking if she'd started watching it yet, she finally sat down and started - with 6 episodes in one night!!! Totally hooked. Her comment was IT ROCKS! It's a happy 'verse!

Posted my first Firefly fanfic to the site today... well, part one of it, anyway. I'm in the process of writing part two. I've written a few x-files fanfics in the past, but have never been overly prolific. The ideas are flowing this time though, which I'm happy to experience for once. I've already got pages of outline for a longer story arc, one that I hope I can make work, so long as I figure out how to fix the one little thing that, after rewatching Serenity, doesn't quite fit, and only happens to be the pivotal plot element.. sigh. Always happens. Ah, I'll figure something out, even if I have to make it AU, I guess... Anyway, my first fic's called Choices, and it's Mal and Inara stuff, my favourite pairing... so, give it a read if you're into that!
