ok this is awful...I miss everyone. I know we have alternate chats and email and all, but this sucks. You are my mini break and it's not so easy to get through the day without you.

I bought my second dvd box set of Firefly. Mine old one is all scratched and worn because I watch them waaaaaay to much but now I have a new set that will stay all nice and new. So mow i have one to lend out and one to keep all to myself. I bought it on sale for $19 so it wasn't a huge splurge. SO YAY :biggrin:

I bought some army jungle boots from my local military surplus store for some Jayne boots. Still looking around for some types of cargo pants to use. Griffin is also nice enough to make me Jaynes wristbands for an extra $30 dollars along with the Gun Belt and Sheath I ordered. I've also just ordered a Troublemaker Shirt from www.bluesunshirts.com as well today. All in all, Things are going by pretty well for this costume, next post I'll tally it up thus far to see just how much I've been spending on this.

CAPTURE

Wow! School has been keeping me really busy, I have hardly had a chance to check out the FFF.net boards lately! So anyways, I thought I would put out a new blog so anyone who cares can know I'm still breathing! This coming Monday celebrates my ugh...27 b-day. Part of me feels really young, like say 19, but my body feels 80! I already have arthritis and negative bone density that is border line osteoperosis...yikes...but since I am still in college (returned after a LONG absence) I tend to feel really young, I had a couple of professors who thought I was right out of high school...it's nice to know that I still look young :smile: So anyways, this year I have a lot to be proud of. I am finishing up two degrees and will be graduating with high honors in May, I have lost over 60 pounds since I started to take notice of my ever widening ass and I haven't smoked in over a year and my drinking is down considerablly as well! So these are things that I am going to hold on to this year as I turn yet another year older. I am hopefull for the future and plan on building on my life goals, I only have 30 more pounds to go before I can be considered too skinny and if I make it into the Phd program I am interested in, I only have a short decade of school left! Hey I didn't say I would be able to accomplish these things overnight, that's why there are on my life list, not things to do in an hour list! *giggles* Anywho...I just felt like getting that stuff off my chest, it's very cathartic to put that stuff down! After one of the worst fights I've ever had with my husband , I am seriously tinking of asking him to leave our house for good.I am so terribly sad . 2 kids & 10 years of putting up with him & his miserable controlling ways now there is just nothing left inside me . I never thought we'd join the stats.I wonder what life will be like as a single mother.This royally sucks.
