OK, gang, I just moved all my neeeded programs to my graphics computer and hooked it it the net.. I hate having my computer that I do all my illustration work hooked to the net but gotta do what you gotta do... I will probably snag a motherboard this weekend and hope the chip is still ok...playing with ribbon cables and power supply lines within a space meant only for small fingered people is not my idea of a good time.. Still needing some of my regular email contacts to email me so's I can get your addresses back... No word on anything from anybody yet..but since Dark Horse does business by snail mail it's a bit to early to tell... Got six out of the nine portraits finished..three more to go...they'll probably be up by the end of this week...so untill next time....

Today I worked hard at nothing in the sun. I had a parasol for awile. Kaylee would have been so proud. But I sill got burned to a nice lil crisp. Like those crustaceans. Lobsters, yes. Still no browncoat. Been looking at getting some Mal-type boots. Or River style. Both good. Both favorite. Or some nice Washy ones to compliment the other Washy things I have. Still no browncoat. Bought a patch. 2010 combined forces patch. Very close to the one that Washy wears on his right sleeve in the BDM. Close as it gets. Still no browncoat. Found good boots. But very few within buyable price range. Some nearly, but not so much. Still no browncoat. I have found a grand plece for tightpants. Button-suspender variety. And suspenders to boot. No stripes though. Might have to earn those in combat. Still no browncoat. But not for lack of trying. Abby-whatsit sells a grand replica. For a grand sum. The original designer tops that. Grandly. I can't justify spending so much cashy money. Someday mebbe. Not right now. So I look for cheeper reps. Random brown suede (or not so suede) trench coats. I can forge or forage for clasps. Need to save money for Mexico mission trip. Yes. Rambling over. AgentRusco out.

Thats how much my car just cost me. OUCH! I drive a 1989 Toyota Turbo Supra. I LOVE that car. Not as much as my Mustang (wherever you are mommy loves you). But, I DO love it. I had better, she has cost me (or my parents - God Bless them)- $2400 in the last 4 months! But, I have 4 new tires, new front brakes and an aligned car. Balanced wheels. I also have gold plated spark plugs ( I sh&t you not!, when we got the bill for the tune up I said J&^us Ch*75t! Are they made of gold? and the man was like "um, yeah" LOL!) and new head gaskets. She should, Please God!, be good for another 100,000 miles. Borrowed boy is well. We have spoken to him several times. He and #2 are planning extended "sleep overs". #1, #2 and borrowed girl are driving over on Sunday. Apparently the Dad has a car for borrowed girl, so she can see her brother and get her ride. I am very proud of #1. He worries so about #2 and always goes out of his way to ensure that #2 is ok with his life. #1 is a beautiful, brilliant boy (as is #2). They make me so proud. We have had an eventful week. On Saturday #2, borrowed girl, other borrowed girl and myself cleaned condos. 23 condos! #2 and I personally cleaned 9 and then we helped with another 7. I type this with a cast on one hand (my joints are still swollen and we suspect a stress fracture in one wrist). Borrowed girl does this everyday now! No wonder she is always so freakin tired! May I please ask that you consider the housekeeping when you stay in hotels and such. Most of the rooms were quite reasonable. This one room has EVERY DISH in the entire condo in the sink, WITH food on and the sinks full of water. These sinks had no garbage disposal! These people did not do 1 dish the entire stay! And this was a family! It was really disgusting. Took 3 loads in the dishwasher as well as handwashing to clean them all. I am working 3 jobs now. No court date until 4 August. One hopes that the judge is a rational, sentient being. I am worried the ex-FMF will get away with no spousal support. I don;t believe that one should automatically get alimony, but when one has been married almost 20 years and ones spouse (though mutual agreement) stays home with the kids most of that time and has no retirement fund - I think there is a certain responsibility to that spouse. Lets hope the judge agrees, cause I can't keep up the 3 job thing much longer. Took borrowed girls cat in to get "fixed" and declawed. Yes, I know there are those out there that disagree with the procedure. If I had outdoor cats (and let me just say that I am not particularly a cat person - though we now have 3) I would never dream of it. But I live in the middle of town and outdoor cats become splat cats. I also have some very lovely furniture, made in Ireland, that I am very attached to. I can not replace them here and if I could it would run to the thousands (I bought them in the UK when I had a real job and made real money) So, declawed is were it is at. I have not heard from Personals man. Or the other personals man. I must really be as boring as I think I am. Could someone please go get Nathan for me? Thanks to all who offer encouragement! Your thoughts mean a lot to me. It is nice to know that there is someone out there that gives a damn!

New and hopefully not too late Browncoat. The Serenity Day being this June 23, however, makes me feel like there's still some time to do some good. I don't know if we can bring back Firefly, but I know we won't if we do nothing. At least at the end of the day you can know not that you tried, but you gave it your all and bled brown. It doesn't matter to me the impact I'm making or not making. At least I'm not sitting uselessly on the sidelines. Firefly was introduced to me too late to save it while it was on the air. But I'll be damned if I let it go quietly into the night.

So, last night I had some trouble with my laptop. Some log in screen I'd never seen. So I called the IT number. Turns out they were doing maintenance... til 6 am! So, just offhand, I said "well, I guess I'll just watch my Firefly DVDs again!" She says"have you seen the movie?!" Well there ya go. She hadn't looked at any of the sites, so of course I recommended the best! She was on the site immediately! Can I count this as a conversion?

I see all these cool photobucket firefly icons around here. I went on www.photobucket.com and everytime I try to copy and paste the IMG in here, it comes up saying that the icon has been deleted from photobucket. Can anybody help me??

Strangeness with the website today. I just posted Part II. Part III is done and ready for posting, but now the site won't let me submit (error 500 or somesuch fey-oo). Therefore, I have decided to try another day, and by that time, Part IV will probably be done. Thanks, and keep reading!
