My brush with a F*x employee

Many of you know that I am a film student and trying to break into the biz. And on occasion, I am able to attend industry functions. Today, I went to a memorial service for a dear friend, and I discovered that a mutual acquaintance of the departed now works for 2**h C*****y F*x! She's a low ranking officer over technologies. She was in college when Firefly was canceled, so there is no blaming her for that. I [i]wanted[/i] to ask why her boss's bosses keep canceling such good shows, but it was not the time nor place for it. Though, I don't think I'll ever bother to ask her if I ever meet her again. It's pretty unprofessional and unbecoming. [i]But, I still wanted to![/i] :evil:

The TV show that I have yet to name, but I did extra work was "One Tree Hill". And, I was also on the episode that aired tonight. While I was watching it, I was also on the phone with my dad who was watching it at the same time at home. When Sophia Bush's character's mom came on TV, my dad reconized her, but couldn't place where he had seen her. So, I hopped into imdb.com and looked her up. The actress's name is Daphne Zuniga, and she played Princess Vespa in [i]Spaceballs[/i]!! AHHHHH!!! How could my geekdar miss that when I was on set? HOW?!
