Been visiting my parents these last few days, my brother graduated. So thats why there havent been so many blogs lately. Been partying pretty hard lately, and ive gotten a horrible cold and a mild fever so im a bit out of it at the moment. So, basicly, im not dead. And ill give you the full story tomorrow (unless my fever continues in wich case it might be untill monday)

Just a note to say that I have my tickets for the midnight show on June 23rd of 'Serenity'! I'm so glad I live in the Bay Area where so many people worked hard to make this showing happen. I know it is a fitting way to celebrate Joss' birthday: showing his film and raising money for his favority charity (which his Mother had helped to found). I am enjoying living near the ocean, and near the city. When my brother was visiting we got to tour the deYoung museum, the Japanese Tea Gardens, and even saw the wild parrots at Telegraph Hill! This is a fun place to live, which a great community of Browncoats. edited to add: I'm sorry in checking the old Whedonesque thread where Joss posted about his conntection w/Equality Now:

Hooray! The crisis I mentioned in my previous post is solved. How? Well, we'll be going to Miami on the 24th. So, that is shaping up to be a truly shiny weekend for yours truly. On a related note, are there any Boston area Browncoats who will be attending that screening and would like to meet up? Send me a message if you're so inclined... And finally, my writer's block appears to have been crushed...for now. I posted "Unwinding" the other day, and, *cough* feedback is the BEST way to make sure my writer's block STAYS crushed...:wink:

OK, so, I was trying to convert a bunch of friends. I gave the 1st disk to my friend Jen, she watched it and passed it on to Arianna. I gave Jen the 2nd disk. She was done and gave it to Arianna. Arianna finished and gave it to Liz. I gave Jen the 3rd, she gave it to Arianna, and the chain continued. Execpt no one got the 4th one 'cause my aunt has that. So I called Arianna, asking her if she had any of the disks. She said she gave the 3rd one to Liz and the first two to me. But I dont have ANY in my possession. I am freaking out. Liz must have all 3, 'cause Jen doesn't have any of them. I dont have Liz's phone number, and I'm grounded and can't run down the block to her house. Hopefully I'll see her tomorrow. My poor disks! All alone and lost and confused.... :crap:

I cannot believe it has taken me till now to settle down and watch Firefly and Serenity! What was i doing wth my life before! Ok i am truly a fan of the Buffster, how does Joss Whedon do it?? Now i have to spend my whole time trying to put togther a case to the network to carry on for a series 2!! Oh how i love a crusade!
