Since this place is completely empty, I thought I'd try a log entry just to let people know who I am when I give opinions on their fanfic. :biggrin: A good friend has pointed out to me that all my crushes are smart men. While this is true, it's nobility that really gets to me. For example, I tend to follow Luke more than Han in Star Wars. It's probably already obvious that my favorite Firefly character is Simon Tam. The looks are nice but his capacity for self-sacrifice and his intelligence are what have me hooked. Since reading fanfiction has taught me that not everyone who loves a thing loves the [i]same[/i] thing, I thought I'd be up-front about my own prejudices. Hey, we all have 'em and those that think they don't just aren't self aware enough to have identified their own. Well, that's my opinion for whatever it's worth. More later.
