Found out about Firefly when the science fiction club at my university showed a screening of the DVDs. Had no idea what to expect, except for the fact that it was done by Joss Whedon and i'd enjoyed his other work. Was only able to watch the first 5 episodes that night but feel in love with the cast, especially Kaylee. Wanted to watch more but didn't know the guy who had bought the DVDs from the States. So when it finally came out here on DVD got my hands on it and have loved every minute of it.
Slowly spreading the word around about Firefly, it is totally unknown here so I have many to convert.
