Born in Tucson Arizona, I've spent my whole life in the Southwest. My parents moved me to South Texas when I was eight, at seventeen I moved North to Austin to go to college, met David Wheeler, got married and have been circling the Austin area ever since.

David owns the Dragon's Lair comic book chain, with branches in Austin, San Antonio, Round Rock and San Marcos.

As for living spaces, we've had ranchitos in Dripping Springs and Taylor and currently live near Lockhart.

We raise a few horses, Dexter Irish Cattle, White's Austrailan Tree Frogs (really!), and an ever changing menagerie of critters currently including dogs, cats, chickens, an emu, and an Arizona Mountain Kingsnake named Jeremiah.

I am a media junkie. Have been a fan of Doctor Who for twenty years, also love X-Files (have been on two episodes of that), Buffy, the last season of Angel, MST3K and can be talked into watching most things sci-fi.

Firefly owns a special place in my heart (how can I not love a sci-fi show with horses in the opening credits!?!).

I ride horses, knit, spin and weave, read and write too much, paint, sculpt, and spend way too much time on the computer (Macintosh all the way, Baby!).

I currently attend classes at Southwest Texas State University, and hope to graduate in December with a B.A. in English with an Art minor.
