I just want to say, for the three people, over the next two years, that read this, that Firefly aired its last ep (which was also the pilot, fracking Fox!) on my birthday lo those several years ago, and I knew even as the episode was characteristically fantastic that they'd be canceling the show. For me, the show was a sort of spiritual home, much as Serenity is for the crew. And like Mal in Serenity Valley, when they yanked the rug out from under the show, a lot of my faith in humanity went too.
But not all of it. Why? Because of posters like this:

Browncoats ain't like that... f*x sabotaged, shunned, and dropped our show down a very deep hole, and we got some shovels and dug it the hell out.
So just know that if I post near you (highly unlikely, I usually lurk), I consider everyone on this site to be... my crew. (Not like I'm captain-esque; I'm a member too.) No matter whether we disagree about everything else. You guys are like family to me.
