I am a 30 year old from Wisconsin, but transplanted into the Twin Cities about 5 years ago. I was turned onto Firefly by a dear friend of mine at the start of '06. Subsequent fandom ensued. I have been lurking around here since March '06, admiring the Blue Sun Room images and reading the fan fics. Finally decided to register in October'06. I can be found mostly in site chat, but I have started to take interest in participating in the community threads.

I dare you to guess who my favorite character is!

My interests and hobbies include: playing volleyball; watching sporting events-football in particular; viewing movies at home and or the theater and accumulating useless movie facts and trivia; watching television; enjoying a wide variety of music from Celtic and New Age to jazz to current rock bands..even better if it's live; reading novels including westerns, fantasy/sci-fi, and some modern fiction. I also try to fit in a little bit of video gaming time occasionally (I have a Sega Genesis and a Game Cube) Side-note:If anyone has defeated Legend of Zelda:Wind Waker for Game Cube, please message me with any wisdom!
