The Character of Tiger or Tigah as she is sometimes called first saw light when I first got internet back in...way long time ago. She became the person I couldn't or didn't dare to be in real life. I grew up in the rural south of Norway as a person with a diffrent set of believes and veiws than the norm here, and after getting burned a few times I did not want to push how diffrent I was. Tiger was the nickname I picked for myself when I got internet, after the animal I admire so much. And through internet I got to be what I didn't have the chance to in my daily life. I could have opnions and veiws without ever fearing that it would hunt my little brother through school. Then as I moved away for high school and moved into a boarding school, a UWC for those of you who know it, Tiger and I became one. I could say what I wanted, and for the first time I had fellow geeks and nerds, even people who were more nerdy than me, a first. Then in the beginning of my final term, spring 2006, a freind of mine said "Hey, I just got this awsome show, I think you would like it", you can probably all guess which one it was. And there I was, in the middle of worrying about exams, midterms, college and the possiblity of never seeing some of my good freinds again (after all we were going our own ways after the exam), I spent many great evenings watching Firefly with my freind, sitting in her bed and drinking hot chocolate. Then exam came and rewatching Firefly went on hold, and then thanks to Fireflytalk and the Signal I discovered, about a week ago, that I need more Firefly, that in a few days time I'll buy the DVD, I even got the store to take it in specially for me...
