8 year I think. I read and speak fluent chinese (mandrin) as well as som eo fthe other dialects. One year I went back home and my sister and her boyfriend show me firefly.
I was instantly hooked.
I've been a fan of Scifi stuff since I was very very young. Since the showing of Starblazers, Robotek, Star Trek, Star Wars, Buck Rogers, BSG and the many other shows that have either long gone or canceled. But recently the quality of Scifi show have been (quality wise) running a little low on ammo so to say. Star Trek with the constant discovery of new 'Alien' Races. The quality of each has been very low.
Even the new Star War movies where pretty bad. Not that they lacked in graphical quality. but the stories they portraied sucked.
But then I saw the BSG mini series and after that Firefly.
