Thank your higher power that I finally have something I'm actually interested in to occupy my time during the worst class in the history of higher education.
Firefly is just so much more entertaining than learning that computers can stare at you as easily (if not more so) as you can stare at a computer.
My professor has an accent, slightly spanish I think and his english isn't bad. It's just so hard to listen to for three straight hours.
But now I can release the pent up browncoat in me and enjoy my own odd sense of imagination along with those of others.
The borders of the land (or space) of Firefly have at last been knocked down. It feels like I'm a dinosaur looking over a dashboard and proclaiming "We shall call it, this land."
Alas, if I continue to slack off, this land may quickly become "my grave" in the intellectual world. Curse the sudden but ineveitable betrayal.

Began watching "Firefly" after having seen the movie "Serenity." Yes, the movie was that good, I don't normally get into science fiction that isn't Star Wars. (and honestly, who isn't into Star Wars?) I became an instant fan overnight and can't get enough of this story.

Because how you get there is the worthier part.
