I was born in late 1983 down here in Lower Saxony , Germany. I grew up in a very small, quiet town (in the backwaters of Bremen and Hamburg), if i may call eleven Houses a "town". I did my time in school and hope that my written english isn´t as bad as my Mark was ;)

I never watched Firefly on TV cause as far as I know it was never broadcastet here.
I went to the Cinema to watch Serenity by accident. A few friends of mine and me were walking through the City and decided to spend a few bucks at the Cinema. Well... King-Kong was already running, so we took Serenity.

Never regret it. This Movie was... awesome. The Cast, the Camera, the World behind it, even the Soundtrack simply put a spell on me, from which I haven´t been released yet. Not that I want to! ^^
The day after I found out that Serenity was based on a Series, i drove about 60 kilometers to get this DVD Box, I spared no expenses ;)

Same as the Movie itself, the Series was fantastic. The Characters and the Story were even deeper, the sense of Humor was great. I simply devoured it.
This is what I DO regret. I wish that i could watch the Series for a first Time again... ;-(

Beside Firefly and Serenity, there are a few other hobbys which I dedicate my time to: Reading Fantasy Books (Midkemia, Dragonlance, LotR), Fantasy itself, Roleplaying games (not the ones on the PC (well, okay, I play them too ^^)but the Pen&Paper Versions of `em), surfin´around the Web and watching good Movies.

I´d be Happy if anyone here would write me an email to haekeldrache@gmx.net , answering it will hopefully train my rusty english ;)
