I used to be employed by those cheap-ass bastards at HP (formerly Compaq). I worked there one year, got laid off for 100 days (typical contractor crap) and then was dumb enough to be lured back by the money ($29/hr - I don't need benefits!) and the ease of the job.
Yes, I'm still very VERY bitter about that job being sucked away by HP.
So now I have a new job, better, although the pay is half as much. (wait, how is that better again?)
I've moved to Austin. Yay, that part is good.
