I'm a writer, but know that the hope of getting published is pretty much just a fool's hope. I just finished up work this past summer on my first novel, a 1,000 page science fiction epic, and am about to start my second novel, which hopefully won't take thirteen months and more caffeine than the human body should be able to handle.
I basically either go to class (or not, depending on my mood), read, write, or watch "Firefly" and other Whedon-based projects.
I aspire to be a writer, but if that doesn't work out, I'll settle for being a pirate. Or a ninja. Or a snack cake specialist.
