Hmm, I submitted a question using slightly false details (I live outside of the US so I lied and said I was in Natick, MA) but I'm not sure if it submitted or not. When I clicked Submit Question, the question simply disappeared out of the textbox with no confirmation or redirect. Guess it's some kind of AJAX submission thing, damn Web 2.0. :P
Hoping this might clear something up about returning for another Firefly season/film. The question I submitted was "With Castles being an apparent success, would you ever consider going back to shoot another series or film based in the Firefly universe?"

You're not going to register? It doesn't take long. I have an AOL account, but only because I registered for AIM a while back, one of my colleagues needed to talk to me more often and he didn't appreciate Steam apparently.

I wasn't able to submit a question on the Castle page.

Nathan, Jewel, Summer and Joss etc have answered this question already. Yes. In a heartbeat. Never say Never. Stuff like that. Joss and the cast love the Firefly/Serenity 'verse more than we do. The problem is no one is handing them 40-50 million dollars to do it. Yet!

I don't either, I'd love to ask him if he plans on getting another cat? His other kitty died recently. If so, what would you name it?

can't ask a question coz no AOL, but "what is your XBOX LIVE gamertag?" sounds a bit intrusive anyway

Yeeeees, but Castle (seems) to be doing all right at the moment (as in, might do another season or two before beinng cancelled) so I just wanted to know if that changes anything for Fillion at least.

I see. Like does having ABC renew Castle and promote it so much, give you more hope or less hope that someday you might be able to do more acting in the Firefly/Serenity 'verse.
Did you see the vids of Nathan answerering questions at the Browncoat Meeting at San Diego Comic-Con 2009? No one paid him to be there...just showed up on his own. He also signed autographs at the Browncoat booths for donations to the charity the Browncoats were supporting this year.
I know Castle being renewed gives me more hope for more Firefly/Serenity. I think what it changes for Nathan is that more people get to see him on TV. He still loves the 'verse more than we even do.
The more people see of our Big Darn Heroes work, the more they want to see of our Big Darn Heroes work...which leads them back to Firefly/Serenity.
And that include Joss too!

It's hard to imagine a question that Nathan hasn't been asked many times over, but I would tell him that I would watch him and support him in anything he ends up doing, in hopes it would eventually end up with more of the 'verse being funded. So any way to get Nathan and any one else who is a part of the 'verse as a major money maker has my full support. And the fact that they are all so talented, creative and worthy of all our support is just a little added bonus. So bring on all the new shows, we got some supporting to do.
