The creators of NBC's Chuck aren't about to let the audience forget about the show during its long hiatus until midseason—they're planning some kind of Web presence, said Chuck executive producer and co-creator Chris Fedak.

"We're talking to NBC now about what is going to be the super-clever idea to kind of bridge that time. It is going to be something on the Internet to keep fan awareness alive and remind people about the show," Fedak told SCI FI Wire in an exclusive phone interview.

Fedak added that Chuck, which was picked up for midseason by NBC, may appear sooner than the expected March 2010.

I know that I should be grateful that it's at least coming back, but C'MON!! March!?!?!? Seriously? As if the wait from the writer's strike to Season 2 didn't kill it enough already. Bonehead move. And all because of Leno, IMHO.

At any rate . . . I read an interview with Zach Levi in which he said the abilities he gains via the new Intersect (i.e. the Kung Fu) are only temporary. Long enough to get the job done (i.e. fighting a group of baddies) then they go away. I can see the humor factor here going into Season 3. Chuck goes up to Casey to prove he can look after himself now, but to have Casey hand him his butt on a platter. LOL.

Zoë: She's torn up plenty, but she'll fly true.
Mal: Could be bumpy.
Zoë: Always is

Simply show reruns from the first episode until the new episodes start in March. And why are they waiting until March. If they want the show to keep its fan base and grow then why wait so long to return it.

Is it time for the Olympics again. It would be the Winter Olympics this time. But they are only a couple of weeks long.

I can't wait 'till March for Chuck to come back! I haven't been on this site in weeks 'cause I've been on NBC's 'Chuck' boards constantly. Mostly in the discussion about what might happen in Season 3. I'm glad that Chuck's new abilities will be temporary, it'll cause all kinds of humorous mayhem when it shuts off in the middle of a mission.
I hope they really are done with the Buy More. Well, not done with it completely because I love the characters who inhabit it. I just don't want to see Chuck have to go crawling back there for his old job back. Cover job or not.
