a jayne moment

okay, i had my first moment when i pretty much acted like a firefly character, specifically jayne. no, i was not in my bunk. no, i was not betraying my friends and no, i was not getting drunk and accepting rainsticks from the local farmers. i am a little nervous about something later this week and i have been trying calm myself down in my mind. i was saying to myself just this morning that "what happens, happens. i can not change that...... by getting all... bendy." seriously, i did not add that because i thought it was funny, it was honestly the first thing that came into my mind. how bizarre is that?! anyone else do stuff like that?

The phrase 'Let me do the math here' often comes to mind! Usually do manage to stop myself saying it out loud though... I have enough people looking at me funny as it is!
