Missing 'Submit Comment' button for fanfic

Not sure if this is the right forum to ask, but a couple of times now I have had emails stating that the 'submit comment' button is missing from the bottom of stories posted on Fireflyfans.net The latest being for Part 5 of my current series (Countdown to Christmas). This also happened in Part 1. Just flagging this in the hopes the glitch can be fixed. I'm betting the gorram Alliance are to blame!
