Hey everyone. After several months, we've finally winnowed down the list to 5 finalists in each category. Now it is time for all the other readers to have a say --- we have polls ready to take your vote as to who should win each award in the Blue Sun Firefly Fanfic Awards aka The Strawberries.

This takes you directly to the voting. There is a link on each poll that takes you to a page listing the finalists in each category and their nominated works (just in case some of you are new and haven't familiarized yourself with everything).

That board is basically just a place where all the history devoted to the creation and process of judging can be found. Also, we tend to act a little crazy in the discussion room but I promise, Neroli only gets rabid when Jayne is mentioned in coversation.
So go and vote. Voting will probably last two weeks though it may go a little longer.

I've been working my way through the fics as fast as I can. But I wont have read all the categories by then.

Hmm.....well we'll discuss it and see if we should extend the deadline. Hadn't had many people vote for the past weeks so kinda figured everyone who was going to had.

Okay, out of concern that Heb isn't the only one catching up on past fics before voting, I'd like to hear from others as to what would be an optimal end date for voting in the strawberries.

Relatively simple to change the coding for when the date ends anyway.
