As in 2016, Gabbard will be seeking a Cabinet position in 2024:
"After Trump went on to win the 2016 general election, Gabbard said she had a “frank and positive” meeting with the President-elect and was rumored to be considered for a Cabinet position."
(She did NOT get the position because she was still serving as a Democrat in Congress. She refused to impeach Trump and became the “most disliked” Democrat.)

Tulsi was only the most disliked Democrat by MSNBC, Nancy Pelosi, the NeoCons, and you cultists.
