I heard an interesting point about why Senate Republicans suddenly decided to stop sending $ to Ukraine. It's not that they suddenly realized Ukraine ISN'T a vital USA interest, or that securing the border is more important. It's not pangs of conscience about those hundreds of thousands of dead Ukrainians that troubled their sleep, or they had visions of empty coffers and worthless dollar bills, or that they suddenlyrealize that Trump is the Republican lifeboat, and they want to MAGA too.
NOPE! It's purely tactical. They want Biden* to go down in flames. They probably hope to "take care" of Trump via lawfare.

Well the thing is, Trump isn't stupid. He's also had a 4 year peek behind the curtain under his belt.
If he's worried about being imprisoned by a corrupt system or just straight up murdered, he isn't showing it.
Is that hubris? Or does he know something about the system that we don't?

I would also say most of the establishment in Nz, Aus, Canada, Britain and the EU don't want a Trump, London and Paris disliked him from day one but maybe some of the pro-borders crowd in Hungary, Poland, Giorgia Meloni of Italy are somewhat Nationalist Trump-ish
