“Burn the Land” — Filet Mignon with a red wine sauce, not burnt
“Boil the Sea” — Herb Crusted Salmon with creamy dill sauce, not boiled
“Can’t Take the Sky” — Chicken, can’t fly, but gluten-free
Includes hors d’oeuvres, dinner, snacks, champagne toast, and access to cash bar for libations. No substitutions are permitted.”
