It was uneventful, not crowded, and I got everything I wanted except for a pair of channel locks at a great bargain that I had my eye on.
I hope the rest of the nation's retailers take a page out of Menard's book and do a week-after Thanksgiving sale with plenty of stock on hand instead of insane deals on two items they will only have super-limited quantities on so people aren't camping out the night before and trampling over each other when the doors open.
Even more awesome is that they don't force their employees to work on Thanksgiving to boot.
