If you're going to comment on something like that, particularly if you're going to claim that weed has rotted his brain, you should watch the whole episode, or at least the 10 minutes surrounding the single sound byte.
He's not making a comment about Harris being better than Trump, or saying that he prefers Harris over Trump. He's making a statement on the gaslighting that's going on.
