I'm a little bit curious about Fox's ratings.
I'm wondering if perhaps they may have had a recent downturn due to the public's reaction to the craziness coming from the White House. Or, are they
going the MSNBC route and exploring the possibility of expanding their fan base.
Hear me out:
MSNBC has gone and hired former Republicans as media contributors or on-air
personalities; of which a few have become former Republicans, such as conservative political commentator Charles Sykes. And also hiring former
Dubya communications director Nicolle Wallace, who recently renounced her
political affiliation to the GOP, along with Steve Schmidt, who renounced his
Republican affiliation on air.
My theory is that perhaps Fox is trying to counter due to possible dips in their ratings. But it could also be that they are changing course and have decided to speak truth.........nah, who am I kidding.

FNC marked 28 consecutive months as the No. 1 basic cable network in total day with nearly 1.7 million total viewers for the month of October 2018, and the 5th consecutive month as the most-watched basic cable network in prime time with more than 2.8 million total viewers, according to Nielsen data. The No. 1 ranking in prime time is impressive considering how sports-driven the month of October is. But this news cycle is unlike any other we have seen.
Fox News was the most-watched network in cable news for the 202nd consecutive month. It also beat CNN and MSNBC combined in total viewers in prime time, and across the 24-hour day.
Remember that even with these "high" ratings, quite a bit less than 1% of Americans watch it every day, meaning that less than .5% of Americans watch CNN and MSNBC.
I find that to be the best news I've heard in a while.

Hey Six, did you happen to notice what I say there at the end? Yes, Fox leads
in the ratings race, but, as you correctly stated, how many Americans actually watch? Anyway, it's kind of disconcerting that Fox, with it's particular brand of "news" delivery, is leading the pack.
The reality of the situation out there across the country is more important,
the wallet. The economy and the tariffs, healthcare and the cost of education
are the all-important issues of the day. No amount of lying will change that for the better. It takes actual action, besides who's in charge. If I was running for office, I would make sure that people would know that one true thing - who's in charge now of the federal government.
I weep for this country.

They're all lying and riling people up.
Don Lemon just recently came out and said extremely racist things about white people the other day and he's still got a job. If you substituted "white" out of his comments with any other race he'd already be on the unemployment line.
Nobody should be watching any of that shit from either side. I'm glad that only 2% of Americans on any given day dedicate any time to them.
