Need to determine if threads can be deleted by owners.

Update 1: There is an option under edit thread to delete, but the command doesn't appear to work.

Update 2: Threads might become inaccessible upon deleting the title line, testing.

Update 3: It worked. Switched back for thread access. Go nuts with the crazy and cat pictures pls :D
