Was browncoat on Craig Ferguson?

Noticed last week 13 March Craig had guest Michael McMillan on, since Craig apparently plays his character's father on some TV show.

Cannot find imdb references to Craig or MM being on current TV show with each other. Not sure if this is the same Michael McMillan from Firefly.

In Shindig, he was the hopeful client Inara screened just before Atherton Wing came onscreen. I was able to find the correct imdb listing for this actor, but not sure if he is the same as was on Craig.

Does anybody know?

OMG, the KILT! I've said it before and I'll say it again, I think he and my hubbs would get along swimmingly (he's got a couple, and wears 'em every chance he can get away with).

And for a little (useless) tidbit, not only was Michael McMillian in Shindig, he was a semi-regular on the Amanda Bynes show "What I Like About You." Which was Firefly's competition on Friday nights.

Did not know that.
Shindig was filmed in early August, not sure if it's Friday slot was known then. Interesting anyhow.

Apparently the name of his character in Shindig was William Montague.

Started watching Craig after I read (here) about Nathan's second appearance. Nathan was recently on the Jimmy Kimmel show, and Jimmy mentioned Browncoats to applause.

Craig has also had Sarah Paulson on numerous times (anybody remember a film prior to 12 Years a Slave where she and Chewy were cast???). I was thinking that appearance of Morena was not her first on Craig.
