In the included video, he says he wanted to do an episode of Firefly with Amy Acker, Alexis Denisof, and James Marsters as a traveling Shakespeare troupe. Once again, I almost cried at the awesomeness that has been lost.

What reason had proved best ceased to look absurd to the eye, which shows how idle it is to think anything ridiculous except what is wrong.

Was he ever an actual member of the X-Men?
I remember him more as an Avenger.

IIRC, the Days of Future Past storyline in the comic involved alternate timelines and such, so I don't think its a big deal.

I can't believe we're making big deal out of this, Quicksilver is one least popular charcters on the planet.

Hey Joss!! I don't give a rats ass weather you cast him or not! People arn't going to see "Agevgers 2" to see Quicksilver, they're going to see it because the 1st one was great.

I'm not sure if I have the advantage or the disadvantage of not knowing who the frak Quicksilver is, which franchise he is more a part of, and why I should care. Any movie, if it is well written, acted and directed, will appeal to a wide range of people even if they are not familiar with the source material. Like Serenity for instance.

Yeah. Sad stuff.

Joss really carried the interview though.
