and the Dutch?
A family of five visiting the Netherlands’ Beekse Bergen Safari Park got a little too close to the wildlife, running for their lives as a pack of cheetahs chased them back to their car.

I don't get bit by mosquitoes either. I joke that it's because my blood is far too toxic, but that might not be far from the truth. 2, 4, 5T stays in the blood for life, it seems, and bonds to DNA.

Might have been the diabetes.
I'm surprised that Mosquitos woudn't be drawn to high sugar in the blood.
A little update 12 years after the fact...
Yes. I get bit by mosquitos again now. If I was out working past sundown this summer on any day when they came out in full force, it wasn't long before they were biting the hell out of me.
Also, though I quit drinking I believe 9 years ago after this New Years comes and goes, that didn't "fix" the "problem". I still didn't get bit by mosquitos until 2 summers ago, after I got my initial diabetes treatments. I'm not saying that a 3,000 calorie per day diet of low-quality beer wouldn't keep the mosquitos at bay too, but I have no reason at this time to believe my drinking had anything to do with the mosquito's behavior.
