Well, after almost a week of voting, we have ties for BOTH favorite male AND favorite female -- Jayne and Spike/Willow and Kaylee are tied at 16 votes each (Wes and Fred each finished with a respectable 9).

RUNOFF VOTING IS OVER.

This was announced in its own thread, but, just in case anyone is looking here:

Just to keep everyone on their toes, I have decided not to count your vote, Elwoodmom. I am, however, going to allow the goldfish's (mainly because I've heard rumors about computer eating goldfish on these boards, and I don't want to antagonize any of them).

For the male is easy: Jayne. I haven't been a big Spike fan since they started the thing with him and Buffy.

For the female is a bit harder, but I have to go with my first love on this one, even though she ended up with Kennedy: Willow. Plus, she's got an addictive personality just like me. I still can't get my eyes and hair to go all black, though.

Don't worry -- your votes are counted. I plan to leave this poll open for 24 hours (9am my time to 9am my time) to accomodate various time zones. That leaves about a half an hour, then I'll close it and add up the votes, and declare the winners, even if there are four of them.
