Heya guys. Mmm food.

Things have been a little insane here at the homestead. Well other homestead since I'm up in PA to help my mom get ready to follow in my footsteps. No she ain't gonna be a cowboy but she is escaping...this...place.

Unfortunately someone upstairs hates me so there's been really bad storms which have messed with the power, my mind (what's left of it) and the roof (wind ripped shingles off and of course you can't fix them in the middle of a storm) so I've been dealing with all of that fun crap.

Okay so what did I miss? Besides the next ride back to the desert. The longer I'm here the more I'm reminded on why the hell I left in the first place.

Although the one in the desert is slightly better concealed being an actual old bunker that was rennovated. Hey my boss is a little crazy, I humor him and it has a fully stocked wetbar.

Nah no Hitler, it's not that kind of a bunker, it's an up bunker. No suicide or craziness allowed. Well craziness not...aww hell ya know what I mean.

It's from around 1917 or so I believe. Built when they were worried about Pancho Villa and just happens to be on the south end of our ranch so...can't let a perfectly good bunker go to waste ya know? I'm still trying to figure out how to get enough irrigation down there to have a live grass mini-golf course for myself...

And yes I will be having a Desert Shindig at some point. Probably when Serenity comes out because there're still drive-ins and that's the bestest way ever to see a movie.
