He'll have to be burped.

I can see him frantically flailing at his chair, which won't move because he and it are attached to an air-hose. He's trying to catch up with a young woman who looks like Inara.

All his nurses will be terrified, but, like the dog who chases a car, he wouldn't know what to do if he caught one.
