You already posted this in a different thread yesterday and I already replied to it.
Musk has too much to deal with right now, and if it's going to be between putting Trump back on or Jones, it's going to be Trump. There's a lot of shit that Elon's trying to put back into the horse, and until Jones gets his shit together and either wins that appeal or lets the insurance company pay over a billion dollars (yes, he's insured and won't pay either way), Musk isn't likely to put him back on.
Babylon Bee got their account reinstated, and LibsOfTikTok should be breathing a huge sigh of relief right now.

* I will note here that I wasn't even aware that Elon had made this poll until late i the afternoon yesterday after I saw Salty Cracker, The Quartering, and a few other content creators mentioning it on YouTube, so I had no idea that this was a thing that was happening NOW when I made the above underlined comment.
Believe that or don't. I'm not sure if that makes this prediction more or less impressive.
Salty Cracker was convinced after Elon said Jones wouldn't be put back on that there was no way Trump was going to be. But he did make a rare late night video after he found out Trump was reinstated.

He won't pay anything because the Media isn't telling you that he's insured against lawsuits like this. The insurance comanies will have to go to court with teh Sandy Hook families and they'll end up settling out of court for fractions of a fraction of a penny on the dollar.
But yeah. I already said in another thread that Elon isn't going to let Alex back on until that shit is behind him.
If you stopped posting about the same shit in 10 different threads you necropost and could keep a straight line of thought on an issue, you'd already know that or could easily find it.

As I said before, there will be nowhere close to a Billion dollars ever paid out. Not by Jones himself or Inofwars, which has nowhere near that sum of money in the first place to pay, and not by his insurance company.
Jones will first have to appeal this, and it's very unlikely that once it goes to a higher court that it won't be overturned or severely knocked down to a number based in reality. After that, if he still owes any money at all after reversing this political hit job, his insurance will be on the hook for making a payout and will further knock this down to a fraction of a fraction of the initial lawsuit. There will be a settlement at that point and you won't ever hear about the actual number that is paid.
Also, you should probably look up the definition of "LLC" and what that means in Texas, since Infowars, LLC and Free Speech Systems LLC are both things that exist inside of Texas.
Now... Is Jones ever going to be able to afford insurance again after this? Well that depends on how those things go for him. Similar to how your car insurance increases every time you make a claim, his will go up as well. It may be determined that Jones is uninsurable once the dust settles. But he will not be paying a Billion dollars, you idiot.
But that's all the legal lessons you're going to get from me.
A little advice though... Don't go selling Bitcoin that you don't have. A lot of your Democrat buddies just got busted for that and they're going to have far worse legal trouble than Jones will in their future.

CONTEXT: This was in a thread asking what the next Hollywood flop would be. I'm not admitting to being wrong yet. We just won't know how big a flop Avatar will be until we know how short of the 2 Billion it needs to break even it falls. AOC's movie "To The End" was released the same weekend Avatar 2 was released and only got $80 per theater for a total of $15,801.
