EXAMINER.COM - It wouldn't be Comic-Con these days without Nathan Fillion. Thanks to everything from "Firefly" to a brief stint on "Buffy the Vampire Slayer" to his incredibly-memorable past in "Dr. Horrible's Sing-Along Blog," the actor has become a bit of a geek legend. While his newest show in "Castle" may be a bit more mainstream, he has certainly not lost any of his following in the process...

Speaking in an interview at the convention about season four, he asserts yet again that Castle and Beckett do love each other, but that there once again may be some obstacles that keep him from being together.
I would say her death is a bit of an obstacle. I guess season four will be going a little more in the fantasy direction as Castle travels to the underworld to fight for Beckett's soul.

Sooo, is necrophilia off the table? 'Cause you don't need an underworld for that...
But I'm lovin your underworld angle, let's bring in "Angel" too!
I would love someday to see a show produced that's all normal one season and then gothic or crazy the next and has everybody running around the internets going WTF?!!!Did you SEE that? Like the whole Dallas, J.R. thing...but for a younger generation....Some of our comedies this year could use some spiceing up...Hmmmm........Maybe have a single white female turn out to be the secret princess overlord of Omicron Persei 8??? Why cancel shows at all-just turn up the crazy meter a bit!
I mean, inane lack of plot has GOT to be better than some of the stuff they write these days.....

Only cause they said there would still be obstacles keeping them from getting together. Though I suppose it could be obstacles like legality and digging up the corpse. Yeah I could see it.
They could also do a few Weekend at Bernies type episodes where they take Beckett's corpse around and pretend it's alive.
