Did anyone else watch the Starz Network's 'Camelot' premiere last week? With the exception of maybe one or two plot points done at the sake of moving the story along, I thought the new series with its Spartacus-like treatment was very well done. Definitely makes BBC's 'Merlin' looks like an after school special. If you haven't seen it yet, hunt it down and give it a go. Episodes air every Friday on the Starz network on cable.

I was looking forward to it, but your comparison to Spartacus worries me. That show always strikes me as ROME for teens.

I think that's why I like Merlin, it seems fairly clean (I've only seen the first season but hope to rent season 2 sometime.) I don't watch things with that funny NR/AO label on them, too much for me. So I probably won't see this one, my dad tried it and said it was okay, but it probably won't be something we watch on a regular basis.
