Would time travel fit in the Chuckverse?

There's a bunch of goofy and over the top tech on Chuck. So, would time travel be jumping the shark?

I'm curious about this cause I think they need to get Greg Brady on the show. The dude looks exactly like an older version of Chuck IMO. yrhs) If he could do a decent job of mimicking Chuck's tendencies I think it could make for a hilarious episode. Have him come back to help Chuck save Sarah or something.

I'd love it if he was trying to hide his identity as well. I can just see him walking into the buy more and Casey with a grimace on his face looking back and forth between him and Chuck like he's on to something but not sure what.

Anyway I just think the writers would have a ton of fun with two Chucks at the same time. Having them both flash and fighting side by side would be great too. Oh the possibilities.

Doubt time travel would fit --most of what we see on Chuck is James Bond style gadgets and gimmicks.

Doesn't mean the show couldn't do a single-episode flash-forward kind of thing, though. Maybe establish a mission that has long-lasting repurcussions for Chuck (maybe relating to his father), then jump 25-30 years into the future to show the payoff (an older Chuck dealing with his own son), before resolving the present-day storyline.

I saw so much time travel in the last two Star Trek series that I have had my fill. Leave time travel to Doctor Who.

waaaah I want my two Chucks at once. It doesn't have to be heavy on the time travel. Just have him flash into existence. Tell them about Sarah's imminent demise or something. Then fight side by side with Chuck and poof out of existence as soon as Sarah is saved and time is altered.

Yeah I think that throwing time travel into the Chuck 'verse would just be too way over the top. Sure there is all sorts of crazy tech, but most of it is based on fact and can be explained. Time travel would just drive off some of the fans and we can't afford that now.

You can explain emailing a set of images that install software into your brain? I think Chuck said goodbye to reality from episode 1. I think anything they throw in there that results in a fun and entertaining episode is pretty much fine with me. If they had a clone of Bryce show up in the next episode I'd just shrug it off if they use the character well.
