Latest FFF.NET 2.0 changes.

For those interested, here are the latest changes to FFF.NET 2.0.

- Corrected problem as best as I could on main page where right column would wrap in IE. It still doesn't look perfect, but it's good enough that most will not notice.

- Added "since last read" and "new posts as of today" on the message thread view.
