Well, hey. He really IS a best-selling author now. (Or at least his real-world "ghost-writer" counterpart is, anyway!)

Congratulations to everyone, both the writer, and the cast and crew of the show, because I have no doubt that everyone has made some contribution to this success.

It really is a good book and the chemistry between Nikki and Jameson is very hot.

I'm glad ABC published it because it lets the audience in on the book.

BTW I think the book will cause more than a small bit of friction between Castle and Beckett. You have to read it to see why or look here:

The characters of Jameson Rook and Niki Heat have an instant attraction/irritation just like Castle and Beckett. The difference is that in the book they act on it during a blackout in the middle of the book. And at the end of the book.

Also Nikki is attacked by one of the bad guys in her apartment just after getting out of a bath. Guys will love the mental image of her kicking bad guy dierierre without anything on. I'm sure Beckett would not like that image at all.
