I SAW TAKE THAT TONIGHT!!!! Just .. wow. Truly amazing. The BEST live performance I've EVER seen, && I've seen quite a few. It just took my breath away. I love how they still do the corny dance moves which they did in the '90s too! I'd upload pics to the Picture Thread, but I lost my USB Cable!! Shock!Horror!

Well, next week is the choir tour to Austria, then 3 weeks later I'm going on my second pilgrimage to Lourdes :) After that I have no real plans until August 20th which is AS Level results day + re-enrollment at college. Apart from that the plan is just to chillllllllllll .....

Also, the Browncoat Bar & Grill is where people come for random talking and generally having fun, as well as telling people what's been happening in their lives. If you're wanting more than one place to hang out, the Imponderables thread is where people go for more random chitchat, to talk about their lives, and to ask questions of people (yes, the two threads blend in a little together- mostly because the same crowd of people (mostly) hang out in both places). The League of Psychic Nutcases is for when you're feeling really random, and the Hidey thread is basically the same (again, the Hidey thread people and the League people hang out in both threads, mostly).

Fine and dandy. My retrieval software is working, and I hope to get the conversion software up and running. (By 'I', I mean of course that I will be in a supervisory capacity, whilst my lovely husband sorts it out.)

Still able to drink this month. Oh, well.

On the plus side, can still eat blue cheese and prawns and good stuff.

Veggie chili tonight, with stuff from the garden. We're not quite useful enough to be self-sufficient, but we have salad and new potatoes and stupid amounts of soft fruit. I get to flit about and let out my inner Nigella and make jam!

You copy&paste the image you want to your computer, then get a Photobucket account and upload it. Then, take the direct link (basically, what you use to post images on here) and copy&paste it into your tagline, and surround it with image tags- it'll look like this

. Then you'll have to set your avy to 'none', or else it'll just still show your Jayne avatar. You can still keep your tag line, just be sure to put the image first..

barkeep, some extra strength coffee, and some aloe for my sunburn. it aint that bad, but still.

oh, and sumthin for sore muscles. we were at the beach with my 18 month old cousin dezi, and the peanut is an adrenaline junkie, so i was swingin her around by her arms half the time ><;; she loved it, my arms dont :P

I'll take that something for sore muscles too! Just got back from Austria .. it took 29 hours on a coach, which I don't understand as it only took 25/6 to get there!!

Hurmmm ...

My back is bright red, and aftersun stings, and my voice is gone coz it was a choir tour, thus lots of SINGING!

Oh wow, that sounds like whinging, but in all seriousness I had the best time away EVER! They have drink called Mezzo Mix, its coke with orange .. and on the way home we stopped in Germany and discovered Schwip Schwap, which is the Pepsr equivalent AND ITS EVEN BETTER! For 3 reasons: 1) its Pepsi 2) its name is wayyyyy better 3) there's more orange in it.

Ah, I hope everyone else's week was just as good.

((*Makes huge jug of pimms for all who wants, plus one of Schwip Schwap for all those who don't want/can't have al-key-hol*))

Ummm FLT you really shouldn't swing a small child by their arms even if they like it. All kinds of research shows it's bad for their joints and can cause later problems so if she asks you to next time tell her it's not safe til she's 3. That'll save your arms and hers
