first time being introduced to Firefly

my dad just let me borrow his copy of Firefly season one and i watched every episode almost without a break. i found this series to be amazing. why is it that good consepts always go by the way side when reality tv shows thrive? i dont know why this show was ever canceled. oh maybe it should have been called CSI: Firefly :-)
just wanted to voice my appreciation for the quality veiwing my eyes were refered to.

Welcome, Geckoschaos! Thank your dad for us! :D Yeah, it seems anything with CSI or Law and Order can be around infinitely, but not so with shows like Firefly (though, those crime shows are better than Dancing with the Stars, etc....).

When I found Firefly I watched it over the course of several months to stretch it out. It was beautiful.
But the only reason I was able to stretch it out was because I only watched it when with the girlfriend... otherwise I wouldn't have been able to stop.

as if i didnt already want to know what Shepperd Book was about, that bounty hunter(great acting btw) looked right at Book on the ground and said "that aint no shepperd" with so much certainty in his voice. i only wish i got to know more about him.
