Haven't seen anything so far in terms of thread. But my analysis to date puts Serenity at about 200' long and 130' wide (at widest edges of the engine pods). This is mostly based upon the continuous set being 190' long (assuming an inside measurement).
I keep trying to estimate the volume based upon variously-sized cylinders and rectangles but am disatisfied with the range of figures.
I noticed that in the one set design video on the fox home video website they have a beautiful side view of the deck plan (not the one on the dvd, but one that shows the lower level of the bridge and everything. Of course only part of the ship is shown before it cuts away). Wish I could get a copy of the set plans.
