Big plans followed by flawed execution. It cuts off at the end because of the time limit and because it seemed more in the spirit of the singalong blog to just sort of end it.

Alright I'll bite.

Wrote the damn thing, assumed it'd be under 3 minutes, shot it, it went for too long, so had to edit it down. Was fun. I'm not the main guy, that's my mate. Hope you enjoy it. We had fun making it.
We're usually all talk and no action when it comes to making videos, trust us to finally pull through for a Joss competition!

Liked yours Dave, although that cut at the end WAS slightly jarring, but I completely understand, 3 minutes really isn't as short as you think it is!

Oh, and if anyone shoves up a video at the last minute that copied something from this, I won't be happy! But I trust y'all.

Thank you. When I got down to filming my bit and I ran 30 seconds over I was looking about for ways to trim it but I liked all the little awkward pauses and stuff and I was really not liking the cheap nasty editing software I was working with and the OB (original blog) had a lot of sudden ending songs so I thought that would be the most organic method. Pity though cause I had a nice Oasis joke that I was annoyed to lose.

You got a much better picture than me and the grunting henchman bit was nifty. I don't have a henchman.

I'm guessing because of the format that there will be a fairly large amount of overlap as far as applications go so don't get to lathered up if you see some slight similarities betwixt your video and another. Just because we are evil is no reason to throw copyright law around.

Haha oh I didn't mean I was actually going to start bullying people about the video! Was kidding! I completely understand that a lot of the videos will have similar bits in it. I mean, we took bits out of ours because we saw them in others.

I'm fairly embarrassed of it, and am not showing anyone I actually know, but I figured, hell, you guys all put yourselves out there too, so, you can watch me make a fool of myself! :P

oh, and Dave, have been meaning to say, I love that milk-hacking quote in your signature, I laugh everytime I see it and it never gets old. I'm gonna start calling it milk-hacking. It'll catch on, you wait and see!

Oh, and we got a much better picture probably because we used a really good camera. I study Film at university, and I happened to be borrowing a camera on Friday 10th to shoot my big uni project, so we waited till the last moment to film, so that we could get the good picture.

I'm actually not particularly bothered about winning. I mean, I'd LOVE to win, having something I made on a DVD from all those famous names? That'd be something of a miracle! But even if I don't win, this was one hell of an awesome competition, and I'm loving watching what everyone comes up with!

Oh, and if people want to watch me sing (badly) I do so only in the Director's Cut version of our application. Well, I sing in the short version, but only VERY briefly. If you watch it, please take a few seconds to comment on Vimeo, as it'd mean a lot to my friend and I to hear your thoughts. Even if you hated it. Seriously. (and this message totally wasn't meant to become some sort of plug! Honest!)
