Does anyone know what Mal said to Simon at the end of Safe when he came to the rescue?

Mal: Gotta say doctor (inaudible) its near miraculous
Simon: Yes, I'm very proud.

I think that they intentionaly scrambled the words because he might have said something naughty, but I can't be sure.

And also, I'm seeing the quote about River seeing purple elephants. What episode does she say that in?

Neat, I didn't realize this script existed.

Were they planning to film "Dead or Alive"? If so, would it have taken place before Inara decides to leave (between "The Message" and "Heart of Gold"), or would there have been some episode(s) in between "Objects in Space" and "DoA" that explain(s) why Inara didn't leave?
