Julie Benz in ' Dexter '

I was watchin' the network version of Dexter on t.v., and Julie Benz, playing Dexter's g/f talks about " worrying about Angel ". Of course, it's a different Angel, this one being a cop and co-worker on the force w/ Dexter, who gets stabbed by a serial killer. Not so much a secret shout out to fans of Captain Forehead, since it's the actual name of the character in Dexter, but still, I wonder if Julie thought she'd be mentioning 'Angel' again on screen as a character ever again. Kinda neat.

Yep. It is neat to see her back on a regular series. And God, talk about ageless. She looks the same as she ever did, practically. She could play a vampire forever.

And Dexter has become one of my favorite TV series.
