Well...title says it all. I think there was a thread about BC's and other online gaming things, but I decided to make a separate one since Nintendo has the funky code thing >.>
I'd love to have some Browncoats added to my list--should be fun 
If anyone's interested, I'll keep an ongoing list for anyone who'd like to join. Just add the FC and all I'll do the same to yours

Ahoy! Just got it meself! Can't remember how to find my friend code, not to mention i don't have the thing to connect it to the internet (yet). However, take a look at the Lylat Cruise level. When the ship enters atmo, EVERY TIME does that not remind you of our Good Ship Serenity?

Well, when you get your WiFi working, to get your FC you connect to the WiFi from the Main Menu, then you select "With Friends" and then you select "Friend Roster" and there you can find it, as well as add others.
I'm not that great at the game, to be honest, but it satisfies my need to smash things ;) I'm decent, but I'm pretty damn good (if I can toot my own horn) with Mario Kart >.>

I'll add you, ASAP, Zero :) And I think I've posted how to get your FC (which is different from the normal Wii Registration Code--the FC is specifically for Brawl)...so, yeah.
If you guys wanna have some sort of... Brawl Day, I'm up for it!
Also, who's getting Mario Kart? I wish I could because I actually am way better at MK--but since Brawl just came out, y'know... and games are expensive! I'll probably wait a few months

I just got my Wii last week, haven't picked up Smash Bros yet (though i hear it's fantastic). I'm eagerly awaiting my copy of Mario Kart and hoping it can live up to Kart on the n64, the single greatest drunken party game of all-tiiiime!
I haven't figured out how to play online yet. I'm loving the system so far, there's so MUCH to it, but I have to give XBOX 360 it's due for online play..it's very simple to figure out and the load times for what things I HAVE done online (news, Mii, weather etc) with the Wii seem very, very long. I have fears of slow response times in online play.

online Brawl's okay when you're playing against Anyone--except for the occasional disconnect and annoying "seeking people forever" things. Otherwise--very, very fun. When you play with Friends and FC codes, it's pretty perfect, except unless you're chatting w/ 'em via AIM or something, ya can't get a play-by-play of their reactions.
But honestly, playing with people who are actually in the room with ya is so much more fun because you can actually taunt people for real >.>
And the Wii is the BEST for drunken gaming! I sometimes have Drunken Wii nights where we play games like WarioWare Smooth Moves (which was made for drunken gaming really). My favorite N64 party game was probably Goldeneye...oh god, remember that? I kicked so much ass at that game, I would kill to have it on Virtual Console
