Need some help from costume-building type people

I need some help putting together a costume for ConNooga, specifically for the Rock Band competition (I'll be wearing my 76th uniform for most of the other times). The band's theme is villians, and I was originally going to go as a reaver (thanks for the offer of help ArtCat). The organizer of the band has requested that I try to make a costume of a more smart-assed type villian, and suggested a few.

I want to put together a Jean-Baptiste Emanuel Zorg costume (from Fifth Element). I have until the third week of February to get it together, and I could use the help of any of you costume-making types. I assume I will be able to find some or all of the pieces in thrift stores, but I need to go ahead and get to looking now. Any suggestions from anyone on things I should get? How about that plastic thing on his head? Fake hair to look like his?

Awesome. You already demonstrated how well you do pinstripes and I'm sure the costume will be a perfect match for you. Seems you already posess that devious yet slightly innocent Zorg-like smile. Can't wait to see pics.
